LIVE STREAMING & Face2Face CLASSES - Current Schedule

How to join

Click on the link to register for the class, a confirmation will be sent upon receipt of payment.  Add it to your schedule & join the class.

Class is 50 minutes long using ZOOM app. For first-timers, you will need to download Zoom and create an account.  Set up Zoom here.

Safety & Self Care

YOU know your body best, work within your range and limit.  You will be seen via the camera on your laptop/smartphone/tablet and verbal correction will be given to ensure you perform the exercise safely and effectively.  Classes are not suitable if you have acute injuries or significant conditions, please contact me to discuss.

 

New clients are welcome, you will need to fill out an enrolment form [download form].  I strongly recommend 1:1 or attend the Beginner/Gentle class as a minimum requirement.  Get 25% off your first 1:1 session.

What you will need

A head cushion or bath towel.  Prop like over ball, hand weights, spiky/tennis ball, these are not essential.

Avoid wearing baggy or stripy clothing.

Cost

In-person/Online Class:  £15/class

Block of classes: Available 5  to 8 weeks pending on schedule.

5 weeks £55, 6 weeks is £66, 7 weeks is £77 and 8 weeks is £88, payable in advance.

 

No refund or carry over.  

24-hour cancellation notice or earlier and class can be taken within the same block either in person or online, subject to availability.  

Any cancellation on the day or no show, you lose the class.

Upon class register, please arrange payment as soon as you can. 

I am a small business owner and my business relies on the honesty policy so I can keep the cost low and class affordable for you.

Hybrid Classes: In-Person + Online  - limited to 12 places in-person.  Register to book your place.

Monday

7 am - 6 pm Private 1:1/12 or small group

7:30 pm Mixed Abilities - Discover and grow your Pilates practice - suitable for all level 

 

Online Only 

8:30 pm Stretch, Flex & Release Pilates - suitable for all levels.  Using a foam roller/balls to iron out knots/tightness, resetting the body before a restful night's sleep.  Also, a great compliment workout for you athletes out there who have been training hard all week!

Tuesday

9 am - 7 pm Private 1:1/12 or small group

Wednesday 

9:15 am Mixed Ability - Suitable for all levels

11 am - 6 pm 1:1/12 or small group

6:15 pm Beginner - NEW Suitable to beginners of all ages, complete beginners, refresher, rehab following injury, lower back pain.

7:15 pm Mixed Abilities - Discover and grow your Pilates practice - suitable for all level 

8:15 pm Dynamic Flow Pilates - NEW Suitable for more experienced participants and uninjured.  Exercise flow from one to the next with minimal demo and explanation, a great opportunity to get a full workout and get the sweat on.

Thursday

7 am - 7 pm  Private 1:1/12 or small group

Friday

7 am - 4 pm  Private 1:1/1:2 or small group
